This is a 40mm projectile designed to accept arty sims- either the air burst or the point detonate versions. Print with 100% infill with PLA, no supports, orient up side down on the build plate. Glue and press the arty sim in place. Do not use a burst disc with the air burst sim, instead use a MILC chamber or a case with side venting.
