Fixed stock holds three 37mm shells. Made to fit mil-spec buffertube rather snuggly. small enough to print on ender 3 . Looks amazing on an nt79 with buffertube adapter.

Hmmm, depends on how it's set up.
Just firing the 22 straight into the barrel would make it a DD (like those 37/40mm 22lr hives).
