this is a barrel sleeve and top rail designed to fit on a can cannon. It requires 3x 1" 10-32 or 10x24 set screws to keep the rear piece from sliding off the top rail of an upper receiver, and a 20" section of 1/4x20 threaded rod to hold all three pieces together.
