I wouldn’t recommend that.

An Ar15/M16 has very high chamber pressures compared to a simple 9mm or even a shotgun that’s why they aren’t DIY’d very often. Because there is a very high risk of them blowing up and the designer killing themselves.

I would recommend going with an FGC-9 or a Nutty-9…

ECM doesn’t work for bottlenecked cartridges like 5.56x45/223 Remington.

If you live in a country with gun control, your best bet is something like the FGC-9 or if you want something easier, the Nutty-9 which is the same thing but it requires no welding for the bolt and can last >1000 rounds.

Damn I didn’t know you already figured out a way to ecm a 9mm barrel out of a bolt already! Are you playing to release the nutty-9 with that option?
