I noticed while doing some fitting that the hammer wasn't stricking the firing pin. It looks like the hammer is contacting the firing pin retainer plate, judging by the impact marks on the hammer.

Does the offset on the rear rail look right? Any help, or recommended fixes, would be appreciated.
