Double Schnitzel "Halo" V1 & GDW V2 are both somewhat similar. There are lots of similar options to these two as well.
The super awesome Recession Ruger uses printed rails as you are probably aware. This makes it one of the most affordable fantastic 2A 3DP's out in the wild!
