Meet "DirtyBird", a single-shot, 12 gauge shotgun. Inspired by zip guns and improvised flare launchers.
Designed to be ultra low cost. No financial barrier to entry, for the basic need of self-defense.
Download includes 4 and 6 bolt receivers, mechanical parts, and hardware specs.
Build instructions parallel the "Songbird PM4C General Assembly" guide.
Like the original, this is a "primarily printed" design -- no parts kit, no firearm parts.
Everything needed is 3D printed, or found local, from any Lowes or Home Depot.
This is an EARLY BETA TEST, you should NOT print a slide-on grip. Please hide behind a solid object, and use a length of cord/string, to pull the trigger. Treat this design like a powerful unfused firework, until it has been vetted by many others. Help me deliver a final design to the masses, that is safe to operate.
