If you epoxied your buffer to the lower and forget to put the buffer with the spring in behind the roller you can use this to put one roller bearing in and shove the buffer past the roller. You can then add the other roller bearing and take a pair of pliers (needle nose) and compress the bearing in beyond the retaining hole so you can put the m3 retaining bolt in
