DPMS pattern LR-308 lower with 1913 rail for use with Bear Creek BC-10 bolt action upper.
This will require grinding off a small portion of the bolt carrier with a metal cut-off wheel and an angle grinder.
I will work on a version that might not require this.
The concept: Modular Target Rifle
the ideal use for such a rifle is a reduced weight AR308 bolt gun
no gas system allows for removing the barrel nut by twisting off the handuard, making a takedown type rifle. paired with a folding stock or throw lever qd rail riser mounted to a 1913 stock.
this is not a perfect model I made it on tinkercad for fun but I did my best at deleting the bolt catch.
