No that's only Brownells' BRN-180. The AR-18/AR-180 and AR-15 have different lower receivers.

Brief overview: 3D printed bullpup lower receiver for bufferless AR-15 Style upper receivers with AR15 parts commonality, controls, and lightweight.

Way cool.
So I just googled the DS1913 and its say's its a .22lr lower. Which makes sense, since .22 builds don't need the buffer tube.
Obviously you put a (I assume) 5.56 upper on the DS1913. Which also makes sense, since the BRN-180 doesn't use the buffer system either.
