ARC Mounted Helmet Light by Qwerm

A set of parts for making a helmet light for ARC rails. It accepts 20mm "Star PCB" LED modules and can be built for 1x AA, 2X AA, or 1x 18650 batteries. You can find the LED's in White(3.2-3.4v), Red(2.0-2.2V) to preserve your natural night vision, or IR(1.1-1.3V) to help with active night vision systems.

Normal AA batteries put out around 1.5V while rechargeable AA's usually put out 1.2V, allowing you to use one to power an IR LED, or two in series for a red LED. An 18650 puts out 3.7V.

Each light can be made with a large or small detent. The smaller one has a more positive lock on the ARC rail.

The ability to solder is necessary and wiring is straight forward. Check the STEP files for a view of how it goes together.

his design fits my cheap Chinese knock-off ARC rails but I can't guarantee if they will fit legit Ops-Core ARC rails or not.
