Based on the VOG-25, this dummy flare is for use in Signal Source / Exotic Firearms 37mm 3.5" aluminum casings.
~41g of filament required.
4 gas rings give the flare a secure fit in the aluminum casing.
Pusher extends into the aluminum casing's powder bushing to help keep powder grains together for consistent launching.
Tested with 20gn lifting charge.
Requires minimal fitting and filing; tool-less assembly; a little glue required for mating the Pusher and Base.
NOT DESIGNED FOR PYROTECHNIC MATERIAL (but model could be modified if desired)
