- PETG won’t be sufficient. Too weak/brittle. You’ll need PLA+ at minimum for most of the parts. 2. For a mostly DIY slide/barrel, there’s a .22lr conversion slide, search this sub for it. Should be compatible with some airsoft models if you have access to those, but if you’re really that restricted…

While this is certainly a really cool project, I feel really skeptical about this thing. I’ve never seen the thing fire a single round, much less multiple back to back, with good feeding and eiection (as it claims to do reliably)

Do you have access to ammo? I imagine fully diy .22lr guns would be the safest start.
