Aside from the waffle mag, the only other one I know of is Ivan's magazine that needs a material like nylon or PC to work well. Hopefully there is more development in this area.

Even If youre on an AK platform, doubtful.
Youll need 300 aac specific mags, or mags fit for 5.56/.223

Just a little update on some magazine geometry I'm working on for my autoloading design incorporating disposable barrels firing at least .38 special. This initial design is a double-stack single-feed, by nature, as the barrel is fired at the top of the magazine and self-ejects.
