this are mounts so you can easily mount your M-lok or picatinny rail items on. so it's more easy to hang them and spray paint them.

print settings:
0.2 layer hight should be fine.
you can use the 8 layer walls and a 40% infill.
but I would just use a solid print for this just so you on day don't drop a optic or something else that is heavy, also there is less chance that you crush the mount once it's solid.
