Original design was by @plasticblasters. Remixed the upper receiver cap for the rehd22c to have a raised pic rail to give clearance for pan head bolts when mounting a brace/stock. Also thickened the flat plate and shortened the cylinder. Tested and works fine with walmart machine screws. Used #8(2) and #6(2) to mount
