Simple redesigned lever and trip block insert for the bolt of the JTS M12AR to make it SUPER SAFE. Somewhat tested, Use at your own risk.
Designed by MinishCap and Rebelpride302
Was originally just a small personal project, but Rebel jumped in and was eager to test the designs, providing tons of quick feedback, and eventually designing some parts, basically responsible for half of the design at this point.
All older beta files included in each release in the Old Versions folder, just in case.
Beta update 0.2 2/15/24 - edited insert geometry to be a better fit
Beta Update 0.3 2/15/24 - totally screwed up something on the first release, made insert WAYYY too long, fixed(?) and adjusted Omega lever to compensate.
Beta Update 0.4 2/15/24 - feeling dumb for doing this many updates so quick but here we go. forgot to mirror a mostly cosmetic notch... fixed...
Beta Update 0.5 2/15/24 - Realized i was reactivating the trigger when the bolt was rather far out of battery, reduced that distance dramatically
Beta Update 0.6 2/17/24 - Adjusted geometry of omega lever for better trigger reset reliability
Beta Update 0.7 2/17/24 - Radical ish omega lever geometry change for better reset reliability
Beta Update 0.8 2/24/24 - Increased trip surface length for compatibility with some non printed cams *added experimental cover for metal levers*
Beta Update 0.9 2/26/24 - Switched to using an m3x18 bolt +hex nut to lock the two parts of the insert together. Much stronger.
Beta Update 1.0 2/29/24 - ANOTHER Radical change in the locking system, but going back to one of the first ideas i had and totally discarded. Uses an m3x35 bolt, a 5.5mm flat to flat m3 nut, and an m3 15mm fender washer. should be WAYYYYY stronger
Beta Update 1.1 3/4/24 - A radical change to the lever design, using a stop system designed by Rebelpride302 in order to fix inconsistencies with some out of spec cams. Also includes some minor tweaks to the insert itself, and a proper release of the sleeve system.
Beta Update 1.2 3/9/24 - slightly widened the slot for the lever on the rebel lever sleeve. Fits tightly but no longer warps on install
