I'm not going to completely repeat myself here as this is in many aspects extremely similar to the redirect can, but this is an experimental design by the same anonymous source of the redirect can. Reports on it are that it is noticeably louder than the redirect, which is not surprising given that it is a flow through design. It also could be considered to be slightly less gassy to the face, but given that 22lr has such low gas volumes to begin with it's really more of a creative work than a useful functional design.
Even more so than the redirect design, I am posting this here for others to take design cue and inspirations from. Not for this to be a functional piece, although it does work.
