this file is a clamp on brace thing for a 32mm OD pistol buffer tube that offers no locking points or foam padding, this is designed to be support free and only takes 2 m5x35mm screws and 2 m5 nuts. this simply prints in place and clamps on with no other modifications required, this is brace compliant i think... im no legal representative and no advice given should be taken seriously.... however you can put Velcro straps so boom brace i guess...
