Use what's best for your setup and print it in the way listed in the guide. I used the minimum support settings on the readme and normal snug supports for the main receiver, and for the supports on the integrated rail's just use common sense; here I painted them in the Bambu Slicer and used snug supports.
The only difference between this and the regular nylaug receiver is that:
1: Symbols were removed
2: The little stem for the front was shortened; even with the Jig I was having issue's with fitting on mine as listed per 3.2 Front on the readme.
3: Of course, the rails are integrated to the receiver to remove a failure point of the nylaug.
4. removed a flaw in the design where supports were a pain to remove at the top portion that interfaces with the mid standard stock file (that part where there is a hole in the OEM design and now its closed but still has an indent). It's completely useless and adds more complexity when printing.
