The blade is 67.5 mm/ 2.657" long . Print options, blade straight up with the pommel on the bed, at .12 layer height, 8 walls, 100 percent infill (your choice) and tree supports. Bambu studio showed the cost was about 1 dollar in filament, using polymaker pro.
