Please note this design is currently in beta.
The overdesigned heavy-duty BLASTERAURUS REX 22lr upper is designed to address some minor issues with @Stubbs:d original Budget Press Fit 22LR Upper. The BRex (I ain't typing the whole damn name anymore) upper is designed with greater strength in mind, beefing up critical areas like the lugs and ejection port. It is also considerably THICCER, which should improve survivability with drops and such. The BRex is meant to be used with a CMMG 22lr Kit, and will most likely not fit a regular 5.56 carrier group without messing with the geometry around the rear lug. Another addition is I made it so you can glue a piece of bent metal (i.e. a chunk of pen clip) into the spot where the charging handle hooks into the upper. I wanted to reduce the wear and tear in that specific spot since the hook on the charging handle constantly slaps into that bit every time you charge it. It works fine as is though.
I am including stl files with and without the logo, as well as the logo separately in case you want to print them in different colors and glue them on later.
Print the whole thing with 8 walls and super high infill (gyroid is king). Print it barrel-side down for best results.
I'm also including an extended 9-inch barrel sized for a Chaszel liner and some other bits and ends that are optional.
