This .zip contains the FreeCAD project files for a very basic picatinny rail with a single lug. I used this as a starting point on a different project. This is currently setup to use a 40mm m4 bolt and nut.
There is a spreadsheet in this project that will allow you to change the sizing to suit your needs. Feel free to use and customize and do whatever!
hex_nut_size = the nut size
bolt_head_diameter = the bolt head diameter
hole_diameter = the diameter of the through hole
width = total width
length = total length
