This was not created with the intention of public release, I just wanted to put my nice AK stock on my Plastikov now that my other AK had been converted into a Grozn't. It combines the endcap and triggerpack into once piece, and cuts a hole in the back to fit an AK stock and rear trunnion lined up with the recoil spring recess in the endcap. Holes are added to run 4.5mm rods through the trunnion for more reinforcement.
This is not proper CAD, there is no STEP. This is an OrcaSlicer 3MF where I cobbled this together with primitives and negative volumes. One of the negative volumes is a Saiga trunnion I found online, but the holes were different from mine. I left it in there so you can see where I lined up the recoil spring rod recess, and in case you find it useful.
This has only been tested with PA6-CF, but it was unannealed Sunlu PA6-CF so that's not a super high bar. It probably works just as well in PLA+.
There's also a little TPU buffer piece that fits in the back of the trunnion to replace the original rubber buffer. I don't know how necessary it is with a solid trunnion and stock there, but I put it in anyway.
