For Vz. 61 parts kits that arrived with cut/broken trigger guards. You can now bend your own, with or without the rib. I've verified the bends against a trigger guard off of a surplus kit as well as one that I ordered from Czechpoint. You'll more than likely have to do some final tweaking to get it to fit your metal receiver. I figure if you're the kind of person looking to do this, you already have the base skillset to be able to figure out where something's not fitting quite right, and modify it accordingly with the appropriate tools.

The PDF file with the trigger guard print was done at a 1:1 scale - print on A4 paper. Measurements are listed for you to verify. I recommend you don't cut the front of the trigger guard exact, let it run long so you have some more material to work with and hold onto while bending. You'll need some 1mm thick steel for this part. For the rivet, get creative, I planned on using brass rod because I have it on hand.

I started trying to figure out how to use a printed stamping jig for the trigger guard rib, but ultimately stopped working on it. It's there to add some strength to the trigger guard. If that's something someone wants to pick up the ball and run with I've included the files for it but I have not tested it. If you try it out let me know how it goes, if you modify the files all I ask is you tag/credit me.
