It is really hard to believe that a 13 year old is capable of making a firearm at home and distributing it to people without help from an older party.
I assume this boy had an "Older" friend at the very least that was helping him produce or sell them.
I do not want to come off as an expert.…

Yulp! You should be fine. 90% of the designs are built around an ender3, and your printer has the same build volume.
Material wise you are limited to PLA and PETG. This is fine as again, 90% of designs use PLA+. If you want to do ABS and Nylon you will need a hardened nozzle and an all metal ho…
