This tensioner allows for a 3.8” PTFE tube to run along the outside, decreasing friction.. also houses an M6 Threaded insert to work with the bolt for adjustment block (remains untested as of time of upload)

...cosmetically. It doesn't look like OP invested in any worthwhile upgrades like a Capricorn bowden tube, X & Y belt tensioners, BLTouch, isolation dampers just to name a few necessary upgrades for starters.
