The Sudy 23/52 release packs are PPS-43 receivers you can build in Semi Automatic using an AR-15 FCG, or Fully Automatic using the original Bolt and FCG.

Check out the Sudy 23/52. Printable upper receiver with instructions to convert it to semi. There's some bolt conversion needed for a semi model along with an AR FCG needed. It should point you in the direction of someone who can work on it.

The only difference is the stock & the rear 3DP receiver. I'm pretty sure there are sites where you can buy the stock separately. I ended up just buying a PPS 43/52 kit to use with this amalgamation of a PPS 43/52 called the Sudy 23/52.
