This is to replace the spring in the Pembleton designed V2 with spring hole shoe! This is meant to be printed with a TPU filament with a shore rating around 80-90.
Use default slicer settings for generic TPU with exceptions of:
Layer height: .1
First layer height: .1
Walls: 3
infill: %100
rectangular infill pattern.

Install a gas block that has the outlet tube plugged.
Easiest way is to drill out to an appropriate size and plug with threaded bolt, or for a neater appearance a set allen or grub screw. Install with locktite type thread sealant, mechanically caulk (peen the threads) to make the install permanent on…
