Not my design. All credit goes to Strange Waters on Facebook. He's active in the 22lr SS group, and this is where I saw it being used. I wanted to try it out in my M&P15-22 build so I made my own. You will need a 6mm spring for the wing.

His description:
"Insert used to increase trigger pull weight. Also eliminates over travel of the trigger pull. Helps reduce wear on the FCG engagement surfaces and reduces malfunctions caused by pulling the trigger too hard. Particularly useful for systems that are more sensitive to trigger pull pressure such as AR22s and MP5s with the Lee Sporting housing.

INSTRUCTIONS: Insert the spring wing at the front of the fire control group pocket with the spring end directly below the front of the trigger. If the trigger is unable to drop the Hammer when pulled, then clip one coil at a time until the hammer drops properly when trigger is pulled."
