Slim Brace

This is a slim pistol brace I designed for my wife's AR. It is based on the Tailhook design, and is reversible so it can be used by left or right handed shooters. Hardware needed: M8x40 bolt and nut for the hinge and an M8x16 cap head bolt for the set screw.

My DB9 slim brace won't fold up all the way - magnets won't make contact (polarity is correct). Suggestions? Am I stupid?

Hmm, interesting. Can you explain a little more what you mean about making "only enough space" for a brace? I'm not sure what you're envisioning.

Unless there's something in the stock section there's no reason that couldn't be slimmed to a Shockwave sized brace.
