UPDATED 2/20/2025. A DB Alloy STEN remix of 2 frames, both with M3 and M4 Heatserts on each side (eliminating the through-bolting), with one being the version supplied in the original DB Alloy release that accepts modified (adaptered) STEN mags, and the other remixed to accept ONLY bone stock STEN mags. Also includes a remodeled stock from the Carbon Alloy MAC release.

For weight I recommend using tungsten putty it’s heavier than lead and it may be beneficial to remix the bolt to have more room for more lead/tungsten putty I have been working a remixed bolt using more lead for high velocity after having 2 out of battery’s using hv rounds because of the bolt weight being to low

That means you can always find 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 etc diameter rods. Hardware stores stock stuff up to 25mm, but bigger than that and you gotta go to store that specializes on metals.

Yep. Common fasteners like 8.8, Grade 8, etc are required to meet certain mechanical standards, their alloy can be pretty much anything.
If I were doing ECM, I would go with the hardest and stiffest material tempered, which is likely 4340 in this case. It's stronger and tougher than 4…
