Update: 9/9/2025 - Closest I've got this to function reliably so far. The reset is really close and might need a little polishing of trigger and hammer reset edges. Shaved 3mm off the back of trip to let full bolt travel. Went back to original lever from Hoffman release with better function test results. Lower and lrbho follower are untouched from last update. Still have to live fire test in this configuration to confirm function. From last test getting sporadic ss function and how it felt function testing I am hoping this is a step in the right direction if not close to the finish line.

Update: 7/3/2025 - Added a LRBHO follower that I have been tweaking also. I would like to not dryfire after every mag if and when it does work.

Update: 06/29/2025 - Made pocket for lever a little neater and deeper. Added 2 .22lr ss levers. One original from somewhere on odysee just trimmed a little (I'll edit in name when I find again) and one a little longer (1mm). Also jankey trip that seems to fit in upper best so far. If I can find a good .stp file that I can modify better, I will redo. This is all because I just wanted to be super safe with my scarpion. I love the build but keep wanting to put the bolt in a different more mil-spec ar style build just for the option of extra safety.

WIP Lower for Scarpion 22 with room for SS lever. Functions fine in lower with room to reset. Tested once and would only get ss here and there. This has the pocket for ss lever cut a little deeper than what was tested to leave more room for rotation. It was really close before. Was also testing DSS alpha, Printed ss trip, lrbho follower for scarpion mag, plus printed bolt weight. Also a newly cut trigger that wasn't checked with a go/no go gauge. Lots of points of failure. Gonna tear it all apart and make sure everything is in spec and try again. As always this is just a place for me to post projects to keep track of. .Stp format. All work on lower done by AWCY. I Literally just made a spot for lever and took rounded part out of rear take down?? screw spot and beefed it a lil. now it prints nice rails down laying the flat of rear lug on plate and snug supports.
