A remix of the SKUM DB9 Handguard by @skum:7.

This remix reworks the handguard to incorporate a picatinny bottom rail with MLOK interfaces in place of picatinny on the top. This allows for the mounting of various accessories, especially foregrips, where the option was not present in the original, outside of the MLOK interfaces. There is still a single MLOK interface on the bottom towards the front.

This remix also shortens the handguard, attempting to make it flush with the muzzle device when using a Kaw Valley Precision 9MM Linear Comp.

Alongside this, this design is no longer a two-piece design, eliminating the need for JB Weld like the original. The tail, alongside with the addition of pic rails, is longer and hugs the curves of the magwell for both Glock and Sten version lowers.

Both Glock and Sten versions are included as well as an updated readme with applicable credits given to SKUM.
