As stated above, my goal for this launcher is Havoc price, but B&T quality and durability. A 3D printed launcher with quality surpassing commercial launchers. Now, I present the SB-37H. A 37mm launcher which all load bearing parts made out of steel. After nearly a year of development and many test fires, I can say it almost achieved my design goal. The only small problem I have now is light primer strike on some 3D printed hulls. If you only use commercial aluminum hulls, the chance of encountering this malfunction is very low.

How to use the launcher: after each shot, cock the hammer back before unlocking the barrel. The firing pin is designed to protrude long past the breach face and dig into the primer for better ignition reliability.
In case of light strike: drill and ream 4-5× 4mm holes in the hammer then insert ⌀4×20mm rods into the holes as extra weight.
Alternative parts: I have both 0.125" and 0.25" receiver side plates in my files. Both works the same. 0.125" version is lighter and cheaper. I also have parts that give the hammer a longer throw to improve the primer strike even more but they are not tested.
