The PDF makes separate weapons in their factories. The non 3d-printed ones tend to be bolt-actions while the 3D ones are AR parts and FGC-9s.

The 3D-printed AR parts are mostly combined with smuggled factory M16 components from Thailand. According to the revolutionaries themselves, it's cheaper to do that than smuggle an entire M4 from stolen Thai army stocks.
So, the 22s are a distinct product from the AR parts.
