The Project 44 Matroshka QD system is intended to allow for better mounting of 3d printed devices, including flash cans and suppressors and whatever the fuck else.
it uses a proprietary interface which you will find quite easy to use, if you align the threads using the indicator it will only be about .9 of a turn.
You will find in this beta STL files for the Rook flash hider, although more complex flash hiders and brakes are being developed.
You will also find STEP files for the interface as well as a blank muzzle device which you may remix to your pleasure.
You may ask yourself, isnt this kinda close to the thorn?
you would be correct. Ruby's original intentions were to make the Rose and Thorn deatchable, but the project was never completed.
While now the files for the RnT will never be seen due to the people that are currently in charge of the project being completely worthless developers, I have independently developed something far better than it.
If only they would have listened to me and published it, maybe it would have actually seen some use. but now the RnT is obsolete.
