I mean, most things here can be if you use them wrong, but this one in particular has been flagged as being hazardous even when used as written and expected. It is thus dangerous to unassuming builders.
It should not be constructed or handled by novices. Advanced builders should exercise extreme caution when testing. Fire from a vice with a string, that sort of thing.
This release is a duplicate
This is a duplicate of another release on the Index. This could be because the original author posted to multiple places or because this is a reupload from someone else. The files are identical and completely safe to download, this just might not be the primary source.
