PVS-14 Cap for Sacrificial Lens

The generic plastic PVS-14 cap no longer fits once you install a sacrificial lens, and that has always bothered me. This cap fits over the rubber surround of the sacrificial lens so you can still keep the daylight out. Tested in PA612-CF printed with the flat side up and normal supports.
