Well, you have a couple of options there. You can try to locate an MUP1 80% FCU and jig that JSD Supply used to make. That's the easiest to make, but not the easiest to find. On a Glock the serialized part is the lower - which you can print.
On a P320/M17/M18 it is the FCU frame, which is metal and most of us cannot print - a 'ghost' 320 requires an undrilled FCU and a jig.
There's no real advantage to printing a Sig grip over buying one.
