This Metal Slip Clip Extender is for MP5's that use a Lee Sporting housing with a metal Slip Clip due to the momentum from the extra weight of the metal slip clips slamming into the FCG, causing accelerated wear and damage, which this extension solves by keeping the slip trip in an extended position (except during cycling when the bolt carrier contacts the rear, which it will temporarily collapse).
Not needed for printed and aluminum slip trips.
Includes 2 different size extenders to accept the following 3 spring sizes (based on what my local hardware had in stock) found here:
