This is an MP7 Fore grip and picatinny Adapter.
It includes several variations of adapters depending on how much picatinny rail space you have to mount it.

Title should say MP7, but anyway here is my Glock based 22TCM carbine. AR charging handle, tailhook brace, 79 degree angled foregrip, etc

The mp7 is gas operated with a rotating bolt, so the reciprocating mass is much less than a MAC's gigantic blowback bolt. It also has a foregrip and a real stock. They're not similar at all.
The MAC platform was really designed around the suppressor. Without it, the whole gun is really unpleasant to shoot.…
