In addition to the pistol optic mount, I am also working on these snap-in m-lok rail covers. I am making a narrow and wide version. Haven't got the fit quite right yet, but it is getting close.

I'm not sure what kind of furniture you have in mind, but I've printed M-Lok vertical grips, shockwave braces, and rail covers from Thingiverse. It just requires some looking around.

I dont have experience with the Galileo, but i just made an M-lok handguard for the 16.5" barrel on my HD22 and printed it on an A1 mini.
