The lever flop is normal. Check the back of the bcg, upper and lower for unusual wear spots where the SS can reach, it might be binding. Some people have "trimmed" their receivers for similar issues. Not loading the next round is weird though, how tight is it in the lower?

After looking heavily into the currently-available models of lowers, I decided the best course would be to combine elements from two of the most sturdy models - the Hoffman lower and the U-Bolt Vanguard.

I’d love to build both a steel and 3D printed Mac. What’s the best way to go about it? I’d like one but I don’t want it to cost an arm and a leg. What parts kits did you use? How did you make the lower receiver? A general process on how you made it would be sick
