Alternative links
The main issue with fused projectiles and smokeless based blanks is the pressure from the blank is notorious for shredding your fuse before it even ignites leading to UXO littered throughout your shooting range. The penny acts as a blast shield to absorb the initial pressure blast from your blank and protects your fuse. This makes fused 40mm projectiles a breeze with payload capsules to seperate burst charge from filler (OC, glitter, chalk, firework stars, etc).
Both the payload and windscreen threads are built off @VanillaKyleKyle:c Modular Signaling System dev pack (MSS). Therefore all parts *should* be directly interchangable with other dev's releases that use the same thread profiles such as @LauncherPope:f recent threaded projectile release.
