Hephaestus EFP

The Ares Project Public Domain 4.2MiB Released April 20, 2024, 10:24 PM 0.300LBC 4 Reposts
The Hephaestus is a DIY single explosively formed penetrator (EFP) system for anti-materiel/armour-penetration purposes. This design is intended for use with a high brisance, high detonation velocity explosive like C4 or ETN, with a detonator system of your choice.

Additionally the files include the design for a copper blank disk bending jig to anneal and press a blank disk into a cone, as well as a printable cone for use with copper-filled filaments on a traditional FDM 3D printer.

The default size for the Hephaestus EFP is scaled to fit 1 M112 block of C4. It can be scaled down or up to fit artibtrary diameter copper cones and the matching volume of explosive.
