EZ22 bolt designed to use 2.4mm tungsten rods as extra weight. I used brass in the top holes and got a total of 119.6 grams assembled, though lead is likely better. Brass or steel charging handles would add even more weight if you have the ability to make them.

Everything updated will be back compatible, but the HD22 and hd22c do have legitimate benefits over an ez22.

I’d say it could be possible with a printed majority, but it’s a fairly complex bolt compared to the EZ22 I think. Maybe it would be more feasible a with heavier buffer spring to account for the lighter bolt weight
