This is an aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic Glock 19X frame (Glock 19 slide with 17 magazines) compatible with all Glock 19 GEN 3 Parts. Additionally, there are frames that will support a Gen 4 slide with adapter for the spring.

There are 3 sizes of frames for each style. The Medium should fit most hands. Small is also really nice for most hands. The Large size will only be comfortable for folks with very large hands. I'd suggest starting with the MEDIUM frame and if you find it lacking, move up or down a size.

Heavy vs regular: The heavy frames will allow you to insert about 200mm of 4mm round Tungsten stock. you can purchase the 4mm stock in 100mm lengths on amazon, then cut them down to 47mm sections and put them in the front of the frame. Hold them in place with some super glue down the center of the rods. This adds some weight underneath the slide to help absorb recoil.
