Pretty much everyone with the Goldblum is running the printed barrel nut that I've seen. For a .22, a printed barrel nut would be fine for either a forged or printed upper. I wouldn't run one on something hotter though.

How did you attach the handguard? I was having issues with the goldblum .22 and the goldblum barrel nut

I'm not sure about that specific handguard, but I used Booligan Custom Gunworks' handgaurd from the Jeff Goldblum Ar22 which has a small hole on top on the picatinny rail that lines up above the barrel nut.
