You need the upper, complete bolt, and charging handle as shown above.

You also need a front pin, AR FCG, AR pistol grip (or print one), AR safety, safety spring, and detent. Lastly, a Glock mag release spring and mag release(or print one). x2 if you want to print the forward grip/mag holder.

To my knowledge, there aren't any that are a known issue that crop up with regular use. That's part of why Glock tends to get picked a lot for law enforcement use - it's a fairly simplistic design that's reasonably rugged.
